        Logo Design Terms of Service

        Along with our Terms of Service, the Logo Design Terms and as we offer the Logo Design service at a fixed price, we require a reasonable turnaround for feedback. Where design feedback is repeatedly beyond 14 days an additional management fee of $44 per hour will be added. 


        When dealing with more than one or two decision-makers the process can be significantly more difficult in both defining a logo design direction and reaching design approval. As such, if the process takes longer than four weeks, we reserve the right to either increase our fee or review with you the value of continuing the design project. 


        The 100% satisfaction, or they refund your money if not satisfied guarantee does not extend to projects with more than two decision makers or group practices with more than 4 doctors.
